This "Paper Plate Blue Fish" craft is SUPER simple and loads of fun to make. This craft only has 4 steps and all you need is paint, paper plates, googly eyes, and glue. (SWIPE LEFT)
Instructions:
After painting the plate, let it dry and cut a triangle shape out.
Glue the "triangle cut out" on the opposite side of the plate.
Either glue a googly eye or if you have the adhesive googly eyes, stick it to the plate.
WALA, ALL DONE!
